lol thank you!

for the background
1.) for the very bottom layer of it I just put a couple of colors down and then smudged them together

2.) on the layer above that I used the sparks brush to do the sparks of light

3.) on the layer above that one I drew lines (holding shift makes them straight) to draw the stars X3

i hope that makes sense I'm not very good at explaining things lol ^^
